 Sunnyside is tastefully decorated for your enjoyment. It has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two double beds.

Eat while you watch the loons or the resident eagle come down to fish for his dinner. The kitchen is equipped with all your needs, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, range and Weber grill. All modern bathroom The cottage is totally carpeted. The living room has slide-by windows to make it an instant porch, colored TV, VCR & cable.
A 14' Aluma-Craft fishing boat is included.
